1. Data Controller & Information We Collect

For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Article 13) and applicable US privacy laws, the data controller is Unleash Action LLC, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (support@unleashaction.com). We collect B2B onboarding data and technical telemetry required to deliver your setup:

• Order & Onboarding Data: Name, legal company name, tax ID, billing address, primary domain URL, desired sender names, and admin delivery email collected via Tally forms.
• Website Analytics & Advertising Telemetry: Page views, referral URLs, browser/device metadata, and conversion events collected via Cloudflare Zaraz edge integration (supporting Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel).

2. How We Use Your Information & Legal Basis

Your data is processed strictly for B2B contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), statutory tax/accounting compliance (Art. 6(1)(c)), and legitimate B2B operational interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) to:

• Issue official B2B invoices and verify payment via Wise Business.
• Register secondary domains and configure DNS authentication records.
• Provision isolated mailbox and warm-up provider accounts.
• Deliver encrypted account credentials and measure website conversion performance.

3. Credential Security & Retention

We never transmit plain-text passwords via standard email. Account handover credentials are delivered via encrypted, self-destructing links (such as Bitwarden Send or 1Password). Once you update the account email and password, our temporary setup alias is permanently decommissioned. General B2B order and invoice records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.

4. Third-Party Processors & Data Transfer

We share necessary data only with vetted service providers required to fulfill our service: Tally (form intake), Wise Business (B2B invoicing and payment processing), Cloudflare (hosting, security, and Zaraz edge tag management), Google & Meta (aggregated analytics and ad attribution), Google Workspace (order management), and the third-party domain registrar, mailbox hosting, and warm-up providers used for your infrastructure build. Data may be processed in the US and EU. We never sell your contact list or business data to third-party brokers.

5. Cookies, Cloudflare Zaraz & Opt-Out

We use Cloudflare Zaraz to load analytics and advertising measurement scripts (Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel) at the network edge for performance and privacy. Where required by law (such as for visitors in the EEA/UK), non-essential analytics and marketing cookies are managed via consent preferences. You may also block or clear cookies at any time via your browser settings, Google Analytics Opt-Out Add-on, or Meta Ad Preferences.
